The
Executive Leadership Symposium (ELS) is proud to support the
missions of Boardroom Bound® and Diversity Pipeline
Alliance® and The Manhattan Chamber of Commerce (NYC.)
These non-profit co-hosts have an opportunity to actively
participate in the development of program content including
nominating keynote & featured speakers, and leading workshops.
Co-hosts participate in media outreach, and are featured in national
symposium advertising. ELS, with the support of P&L Group and
other corporate sponsors, underwrites the participation of our
non-profit co-hosts, who invite, as their guest, key constituents
including board members, financial supporters, and local leaders, as
well as sharing significant discounts with the members of numerous
organizations that they partner with.
Boardroom
Bound
Boardroom
Bound is a 501c(3) public service that supports the nation's
interest and works to restore public trust in corporate America by
pre-qualifying a new generation of director candidates for Fortune
1000 and emerging and rapid growth companies AND by creating the
pipeline network that delivers them to the corporate board room.
Boardroom Bound focuses on two of the largest, frequently overlooked
talent pools from which companies are encouraged to select
independent board directors from; these are multi-ethnic executives
and women. Boardroom Bound's goal is 50% parity in the corporate
boardroom by the year 2015.
